Be enrolled in High School / Diploma Program.

Have a "C" average or approval from school counselor. (Bring last report card or
progress report to orientation

Be 14 years of age or older.

Commit to a minimum of 100 hours of volunteer service with a flexible schedule.

Submit a completed application to the Volunteers' Office one week prior to
orientation date.

Attend one orientation session.

Submit written parental consent.

Pass the health screening (includes a Rubella check and TB clearance) at Employee
Health Services.
